SEO Lead

As an SEO Manager at DeepSense, you will lead the development and execution of the SEO strategy for a large international content project. Your role will combine semantic research, technical SEO, site architecture design, and link-building strategy to drive sustainable organic traffic growth.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and scale the SEO strategy for an international content project.

  • Work with semantic data: research, structure, and cluster search queries.

  • Design an effective site architecture optimized for search engines.

  • Handle technical SEO aspects such as Core Web Vitals, site speed, indexing, and crawl optimization.

  • Build and strengthen the backlink profile through outreach, guest posting, partnerships, and other link-building strategies.

  • Conduct competitor analysis and develop strategies to outperform them in search results.

  • Work with analytics and SEO tools (GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush) to monitor performance and growth.

  • Act as a bridge between content and development teams, aligning SEO requirements with implementation.

  • Track key metrics such as traffic growth, rankings, conversions, and ROI.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in highly competitive international markets.

  • Understands the specifics of promoting large-scale content projects.

  • Knows how to build a strong and sustainable link-building strategy.

  • Is confident using Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

  • Has a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO analysis.

  • Has English proficiency sufficient for working with documentation and international partners.

  • Values transparency, ownership, and full engagement in the project.

It Will Be a Plus If You

  • Have experience working with performance-based partnerships or affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, etc.).

  • Have built or managed your own network of websites or large content projects.

  • Have experience managing SEO specialists or coordinating SEO teams.
