About the Role

The AI Agents Administrator is a key technical role responsible for creating and maintaining the environment in which Product Managers develop products using AI agents.

You will serve as the bridge between complex AI technologies and product teams. Your responsibility is to ensure that the development infrastructure runs smoothly and that Product Managers can effectively work with AI tools.

This role is not just traditional system administration — it is about enabling a new AI-driven development process.

Key Responsibilities

Development Environment Administration

• Deploy and maintain development virtual machines (AWS)

• Configure development environments for new projects

• Manage access permissions, credentials, and secrets

• Maintain the overall development infrastructure

AI Tooling Management

• Install and configure AI development environments

• Maintain and update tools such as:

  • Cursor

  • Claude Code

  • OpenCode

  • LLM APIs

Product Team Support

• Train Product Managers to work with AI agents

• Help them create their first prompts and specifications

• Provide guidance on effective use of AI tools

Technical Consulting

• Support projects during the launch phase

• Troubleshoot infrastructure and integration issues

• Improve development workflows and automation

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux

• Experience with Python

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Understanding of Git Flow

• Experience working with modern AI IDEs and agent-based development tools

• Understanding of LLMs and API integrations

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Nice to Have

• Experience with:

  • Cursor

  • Claude Code

  • OpenCode

  • AI agent-based development environments

• Experience automating development workflows

• Strong interest in emerging AI development tools

Soft Skills

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
