We are building multiple internal engines (Legal Engine, HR Engine, Corporate Ops) and a strong internal corporate contour.

Our core team is focused on product, infrastructure, and execution.

This role exists to automate repetitive operational workflows so that engineers, legal, HR, and ops teams do not waste time on manual work.

This is an execution role, not an architecture or ownership position.

Responsibilities

• Automate routine business and operational processes

• Build workflows using: Make.com (Integromat), REST APIs and webhooks

• Integrate and synchronize systems such as:

Slack

Notion

Google Workspace

GitHub

ATS / HR tools

Legal and document systems

• Create event-driven automations:

status changes

document lifecycle events

onboarding and offboarding triggers

What is explicitly NOT part of this role

• Designing product or system architecture

• Making business or process decisions

• Owning systems or teams

• Replacing DevOps or backend engineers

You implement approved workflows - you do not define them.

Who we are looking for

• Practical experience with business process automation

• Strong hands-on experience with Make.com

• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication

• Ability to quickly understand new tools and services

• Clean, reliable execution with clear documentation

• Comfortable working with irregular task flow (from time to time)

Strong advantage

• Experience in SaaS, or fast-growing startups

• Experience with no-code / low-code tools beyond Make.com

• Basic understanding of DevOps workflows (interaction level)
