Instead of traditional programming teams, our approach relies on strong product leadership. The Product Manager plays a central role in defining what the product should do and ensuring that AI agents build it correctly.

About the Role

The Product Manager (Domain Specialist) is the key person responsible for the success of a product — from the initial idea to the final release.

In this role, you act as an advanced end user and product owner who clearly understands what the product should achieve. You will guide AI agents through specifications, testing, and continuous improvements.

You are not required to write code. Your primary responsibility is to understand the product, the users, and the market.

Product Vision and Strategy

• Define the product concept and long-term vision

• Identify key features and capabilities

• Ensure the product solves real user problems

Product Specifications

• Create and refine product requirements and specifications

• Translate business and user needs into clear instructions for AI agents

• Continuously improve specifications during development

Managing AI-Driven Development

• Assign tasks to AI agents

• Review and validate their output

• Request fixes and improvements when necessary

• Guide the overall development process

Product Testing

• Test the system at different development stages

• Identify issues, inconsistencies, or missing functionality

• Propose improvements and new features

Market and Competitive Analysis

• Analyze existing solutions in the market

• Understand their strengths and weaknesses

• Design a product capable of outperforming competitors
