Legal Counsel
At DeepSense we are building an ecosystem of technology businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
To support this expansion we are looking for an in-house Legal Counsel who will become the operational engine of our legal function — the person who ensures that new companies, contracts, and legal structures are created quickly, correctly, and without friction.
This is not a purely advisory role.
It is a hands-on execution role.
You will work directly with the CEO and help transform legal ideas into real, functioning structures across different countries.
Key Responsibilities
Open and register legal entities worldwide
Draft and review contracts (NDA, services, partnerships, contractor agreements)
Prepare corporate documents (shareholder resolutions, board decisions, company records)
Coordinate with registrars, notaries, banks and legal providers
Support licensing and regulatory processes where required
Maintain the company’s legal archive and corporate documentation
Your work will directly enable new businesses, products, and initiatives to launch without legal blockers.
Requirements
3–7+ years of legal experience (corporate / commercial law preferred)
Experience with company registrations and corporate documentation
Ability to work across multiple jurisdictions
Strong written legal drafting skills
Excellent English for legal communication
A mindset focused on solutions, not obstacles
